Academic Year 2026–27

Policy Index

1. General

The refund of fees shall be governed by the directions issued from time to time by:

  • •Government of Kerala
  • •Admission Supervisory Committee (ASC)
  • •Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC)
  • •Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS)
  • •National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM)

The College shall process refund requests only after verifying all admission records and supporting documents.

Note:

This policy is intended to provide a clear institutional framework. Whenever a specific Government Order, ASC/FRC direction, KUHS notification, or court directive prescribes a different refund mechanism for a particular admission year, that statutory direction shall prevail.
