Department of Samhitha, Sidhantha and Sanskrit

This department primarily deals with fundamental areas of Ayurveda science, various Samhitas (treatises), History of Ayurveda, Padarthavinjana (basic sciences essential for understanding Ayurveda) and Sanskrit language. Basic orientation of Sanskrit language is essential for better understanding of the deep rooted concepts of Ayurveda.
